On the banner side, with our banners, we approach our banner construction with a sailmakers eye. Some key attributes of a superior sail or a superior banner is determined by how well the banner or sail "flies", how "stable" is the material, and how well does the material stand

Another area where we incorporate sailmaking technology is how we finish our banners. A key detriment to exterior fabric longevity is "flutter". To combat the effects of flutter on the edges of banners which is where most of damage will occur, we construct our banners with binding tapes instead of simply double rolling the edges of the banner as many manufacturers do. Of course our binding tapes are made with 100% genuine Sunbrella brand fabrics and provide all the benefits and advantages of our Sunbrella banner fabric.

There's a long history to the art and science of screen printing. As fabric printing specialists we at Material Promotions understand and have expertise in the nuances of screenprinting on fabrics whether we're making custom printed tablecoverings or backdrops or printing bold images on our highly acclaimed Light Pole Banner product line. Unlike with digital printing where you "set it and forget it", screenprinting---and especially screenprinting on fabric---requires a trained eye, and an expertise in understanding ink color matching, ink opacity and ink coverage, and a diligent oversight of registration complexities that are accentuated by fabric stretch, fabric shrinking and fabric dye bleeding issues.
